first open that explore,after you can click the icon tools trus folder option

step hereinafter click the view and select and choose the show hiden of file of and folder residing in advanced setting to see a extesi a your file can eliminate the sign chek of at hide extensions file

if all have been done/conducted now try to see at hardisk or flashdisk of where you of saved of your file is missing
Data possibility you'd be seen by however can only be opened by but cannot in show of at hiden file
